Working principle: Motorized Tripod Turnstile is equipped with a motor which will support the whole operation. When the user is authorized via access control system or push button, the motor drive the tripod to rotate to 15° for unlocking, with passenger's touch on the turnstile, the turnstile will sense that passenger is going through, and then the motor will turn the tripod in the same direction until passenger get through. When the tripod rotates for 120°, the mechanism system will lock automatically and the counter will add 1. When power off, it will be dropped the arm to the request of fire protection. When the power is on again, the arms can also lift automatically. An anti backup function to prevent reverse rotation once the arm has moved each degree from home.
